from £70Treatment, progress checks and updated exercises. Manual therapy, acupuncture or taping where they help, and never just to fill the time.
from £55Deep tissue work for tight, overworked muscles. Good before a race, after a heavy block of training, or for people who sit at a desk all week.
from £40Slow-motion video gait analysis on our treadmill, a strength screen and a return-to-run plan built around your next race.
from £95Your programme on your phone, with short videos, reminders and a log your physio can see between sessions.
IncludedTom runs the clinic every Thursday evening. He films you on the treadmill from the side and from behind, slows it right down and shows you exactly what your body is doing. Then he gives you a few changes that make a difference, not a list of twenty.
Every patient gets free access to our home exercise app. Your physio builds your programme in clinic, and it's on your phone before you've reached the car.
Book the running clinicYour first session is an hour long, so there's time to listen properly. You won't be handed a sheet of exercises and shown the door.

How it started, what makes it better or worse, and what you want to get back to doing.
How you move, plus strength, joint and nerve tests. Gentle, and we'll stop if anything is too sore.
Hands-on treatment to ease pain and get things moving. That might be joint mobilisation, soft tissue work or acupuncture, always with your say-so.
What's wrong, how long it should take, and two or three exercises loaded into your app.
Clinical lead · Physiotherapist
Hannah spent nine years in NHS musculoskeletal outpatients before opening Align. She's calm, thorough and especially good with long-standing back and neck pain.
Physiotherapist · Running clinic
Tom has run eleven marathons and treated a fair few runners along the way. He looks after knee, hip and foot problems, and post-surgery rehab, and he runs the Thursday clinic.
Sports massage therapist
Priya works with club runners, cyclists and Sunday-league footballers, plus plenty of people whose only sport is sitting at a laptop. Firm pressure, sensible advice.
Pay by card after each session. We'll never push you to book more than you need.
We work with most major private health insurers. Call your insurer first for an authorisation number, then give it to us when you book. In most cases we bill them directly, so you'll only pay any excess.
I'd had a bad back on and off for six years. Hannah explained it in ten minutes better than anyone else ever had, and I haven't had a flare-up since spring.
Tom watched me run for two minutes and spotted it straight away. I ran the Manchester half pain-free four months later.
The evening appointments are what got me through the door. I can come straight from work and park outside. Priya's massages are firm in the best way.
Send a request and we'll call you back to confirm a time. Usually that's the same day. Most people are seen within the week.
